Legal Notice

This notice sets out Global AI DAO's entity information, copyright and trademarks, disclaimers and regulatory disclosures.

Entity

Entity Information

Global AI DAO is the service brand used on this website. Legacy foundation and regional company names, jurisdictions and office addresses lack complete registration evidence and are not verified contracting-entity information.

Before signing, the provider must supply its legal name, registration number, jurisdiction and address, tax details, authorized signatory, delivery owner and dispute terms for client verification. The project contract and data agreement must define delivery, payment, IP and data responsibilities.

The DAO expert network is a collaboration model, not a substitute for the contracting entity's obligations or a requirement to buy tokens.

Credential verification: independently verifiable originals for WAIO / WBO, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 credentials are not provided; no official certification, international accreditation or regulatory endorsement is claimed.

Defined scope. Accountable delivery.

Staged pricing & acceptance

Discovery, pilot and rollout have separate scope and fees. Contracts define baselines, evaluation samples, acceptance metrics and responsibility. Results are not unconditionally guaranteed.

Customer business data stays off-chain

Business records and personal data are not written to a blockchain. Confirm deployment region, model providers, access, retention and deletion in writing before work begins.

Clear contracting & delivery responsibility

Before signing, obtain and verify the legal entity, registration, jurisdiction, delivery owner and dispute terms. DAO collaboration does not replace contractual responsibility.
