Transparent · Autonomous · Efficient governance
Through a multi-tier governance structure and a utility-token incentive mechanism, Global AI DAO makes every material decision traceable, participatory and trustworthy.
Four governance pillars
Built on on-chain rules — balancing efficiency and fairness for enterprise-grade DAO governance.
Proposals & Voting
Members file on-chain proposals; outcomes are decided by token-weighted voting.
Incentive Token
A utility token rewards ecosystem contributors — not an investment or security.
Full Transparency
Every proposal, vote and execution result is anchored on-chain and publicly traceable.
Efficient Execution
The Council handles day-to-day execution with clear, agile decision flows.
Organisation
A six-layer governance structure with clear accountability and checks-and-balances across strategy, execution, technology, compliance and community.
Council
Strategy layer
Founders plus elected community representatives — sets strategy, reviews material matters and annual plans.
Executive
Operations layer
Implements approved proposals, runs operations, partnerships and resourcing; reports progress to the community.
Tech Committee
Technical review
Reviews AI engine, smart-contract and infrastructure changes; ensures secure, robust upgrade paths.
Compliance
Compliance & risk
Liaises with global jurisdictions, monitors GDPR / ISO 27001 obligations, reviews sensitive-data proposals.
Members
Proposers & voters
Token holders and verified enterprise members — propose, discuss and vote; the root of governance authority.
Audit
Independent oversight
Third-party auditors and community monitors independently audit funds, votes and execution outcomes.
Voting mechanism
A multi-dimensional voting model balancing token weight, contributor reputation and proposal sensitivity to prevent concentration of power.
Voting methods
- Token-weighted voting (1 Global AI DAO = 1 vote, with per-topic caps to prevent whale capture)
- Reputation-boosted voting (contributors earn 1.1×–1.5× boosts based on on-chain reputation)
- Delegated voting (members may delegate voting power to representatives, revocable at any time)
- Anonymous voting (sensitive proposals use zero-knowledge proofs to protect privacy)
Approval thresholds
Minimum 10% turnout, simple majority passes.
Treasury moves and protocol upgrades — turnout must be ≥ 20%.
Amends the charter or governance rules — turnout must be ≥ 30%.
Safeguards
- Multi-sig treasury: material transfers require 5-of-9 signatures
- Timelock: approved proposals execute after a 48-hour review window
- Emergency veto: Compliance has a one-time veto over non-compliant proposals
- On-chain audit: independent quarterly governance-audit report
Proposal process
A structured 5-step flow — every step from motion to execution traceable on-chain.
Proposal initiated
A member or the Council files a structured proposal stating motivation, scope, budget and impact.
Community discussion
7-day open forum discussion gathers feedback; the draft can be revised.
On-chain vote
Token holders vote weighted over a 5-day window; results are immutably recorded on-chain.
Council execution
After a 48-hour timelock the Executive Committee implements the proposal with on-chain progress updates.
Disclosure & review
Outcomes and KPIs are published; quarterly governance reports close the loop.
Global DAO Expert Network
Verified experts and engineers across 30+ countries and 8 industries, coordinated by smart contracts and paid for outcomes — a world-class AI team every enterprise can summon on demand.
Industry coverage
Cross-border collaboration
Smart-contract task assignment
Requirements are split into milestones and auto-matched to the best expert mix; tasks, budgets and acceptance criteria all live in the contract.
Cross-timezone 24/7 relay
Three regional DAO nodes (APAC, EMEA, AMER) hand off across shifts — critical projects keep delivering through the night.
Multilingual localized delivery
18 delivery languages including ZH/EN/JA/KO/AR/FR/DE/ES — local experts own cultural and regulatory adaptation.
Staged pricing & acceptance settlement
On milestone acceptance the contract auto-distributes tokens by contribution; failed milestones auto-refund — clients and experts stay perfectly aligned.
On-chain reputation & traceability
Every expert's delivery history, client rating and reputation score is on-chain; new projects prioritize high-reputation experts.
Shared Agent blueprints
Industry Agent blueprints contributed by experts enter the DAO commons; contributors earn revenue share on every reuse — knowledge compounds.
* Expert counts as of 2026.05 from on-chain records; all verifications, reputation scores and delivery history are queryable in the Global AI DAO governance explorer.

Defined scope. Accountable delivery.
Staged pricing & acceptance
Discovery, pilot and rollout have separate scope and fees. Contracts define baselines, evaluation samples, acceptance metrics and responsibility. Results are not unconditionally guaranteed.
Customer business data stays off-chain
Business records and personal data are not written to a blockchain. Confirm deployment region, model providers, access, retention and deletion in writing before work begins.
Clear contracting & delivery responsibility
Before signing, obtain and verify the legal entity, registration, jurisdiction, delivery owner and dispute terms. DAO collaboration does not replace contractual responsibility.
