Third-party cookies are processed by the respective providers as independent or joint controllers under their own privacy policies.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website, used to identify your browser, save preferences or measure site performance. We also use localStorage / IndexedDB, pixel tags and SDKs, all referred to as "cookies" in this policy.
Our use of cookies and processing of personal information follows the Privacy Policy. Where required by law (e.g. the EU ePrivacy Directive, China's PIPL) we obtain your explicit consent via a cookie banner.

How to manage cookie preferences
You may manage or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies as follows; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal:
- Delete stored cookies in your browser settings or block future ones;
- Visit the site in private / incognito mode;
- Adjust analytics and marketing categories via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer (where available);
- Email privacy@globalaidao.org to exercise your rights.
Note that disabling strictly-necessary cookies may break features such as login, security checks and form submission.
Third-party cookies & cross-border transfers
We may work with trusted third-party providers (analytics, CDN, security, customer support, etc.). Their cookies are set under their own privacy policies. We enable them only where compliant and necessary and periodically evaluate their security and compliance posture.
Some providers are based in the EU, UK, US, Singapore and other jurisdictions. For cross-border transfers we rely on lawful mechanisms such as EU SCCs, UK IDTA and PIPL standard contracts to ensure equivalent protection — see the Privacy Policy section 6.

Staged pricing & acceptance
Discovery, pilot and rollout have separate scope and fees. Contracts define baselines, evaluation samples, acceptance metrics and responsibility. Results are not unconditionally guaranteed.
Customer business data stays off-chain
Business records and personal data are not written to a blockchain. Confirm deployment region, model providers, access, retention and deletion in writing before work begins.
Clear contracting & delivery responsibility
Before signing, obtain and verify the legal entity, registration, jurisdiction, delivery owner and dispute terms. DAO collaboration does not replace contractual responsibility.
